The cover story of the magazine takes a look at Procter & Gamble’s sustainability agenda. With five billion global consumer customers, Procter & Gamble is in a unique position to influence people’s consumption habits. The article shows that the goals of Procter & Gamble are well aligned with those of Metsä Board.

When making this issue, the Board Magazine team aimed to create a visual world that would communicate serenity and cosiness without being too full of detail: “Perhaps the harmonious photos of everyday life settings create a pleasant and calm atmosphere to cherish amidst the constant hurry of the world we’re living in,” says Anna-Kaisa Kontinaho, Managing Editor for Board Magazine.

The summer issue’s colour scheme reflects the first greetings of summer. And what’s more, the magazine cover has an exciting matte feel to the hand, while the cheerful yellow text prints stand out glossy and attractive. The effect is created with gloss and structure matte varnish (drip off).
