The Code of Conduct summarises our commitment to respect for human rights and responsible business. The Code of Conduct is complemented by Metsä Group's public and internal policies.
All our personnel must complete training on Group policies, which in addition to the Code of Conduct include human resources, equal opportunities, and information security, among other topics. In addition, personnel are required to have knowledge of task-specific policies, such as procurement policy. We also expect all our suppliers to commit to the Metsä Group Supplier Code of Conduct.
