With her background as a former elite swimmer, Sofia thrives in a fast-paced environment.
My name is Sofia Svensson and I am a HR Manager in Mariestad mill, responsible for HR topics related to the expansion and modernization of the mill. It is truly exciting to experience the historic investment Metsä Group is making in Mariestad. On a daily basis, I handle the HR topics in the investment project, which includes planning and implementing the recruitment for the mill’s extension, onboarding and training employees, as well as education and cooperation with external stakeholders.
