Metsä Group’s tissue and cooking paper business signs EUR 200 million syndicated credit facility

On April 23, Metsä Tissue Corporation, part of Metsä Group, has signed a new EUR 200 million syndicated loan agreement.

The loan is a five-year credit facility to refinance the current facility maturing in September 2013. SEB acted as coordinating bookrunner and mandated lead arranger of the facility. Other bookrunners and mandated lead arrangers were Crédit Agricole, Danske Bank, DNB, Nordea, Pohjola and Swedbank.
