Sustainable construction with Kerto LVL: sleek structures and industrial efficiency

Kerto® LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) can be used in multiple ways, from giant multi-storey structures to smaller town houses. Jens Erneholt chose engineered wood for his own home’s construction material.

“I chose Kerto LVL Q-panels for my bathroom walls, since it is a cool-looking, unique solution. The panels won’t be covered, so it brings a nice visual element to the room,” Erneholt says.

Erneholt works as a Business Manager of Solid Wood products at ESSVE, Sweden. He is a strong advocate for increasing the use of wood as a construction material.

“Using wood and sustainable materials is incredibly important today, considering the future. We are not the last generation to be on this planet, and we must think ahead,” says Erneholt.

Kerto LVL is a fast, light and green material. In smaller spaces, such as Erneholt’s town house, the light and thin materials also add another advantage:

“Using Kerto LVL Q-panels and S-beams in your wall structures, you can save square meters on living space, and thus increase industrial efficiency and minimize waste,” says Erneholt.
