Jussi Linnaranta elected as Chairman of Metsäliitto Cooperative Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of Metsä Group’s parent company Metsäliitto Cooperative elected in its constituent meeting Jussi Linnaranta M.Sc. (Agriculture and Forestry) as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. He has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2017 and Vice Chairman since 2019.

Timo Saukkonen M.Sc. (Agriculture and Forestry) has been elected as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. He has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2007.

The compositions of Board of Directors’ committees are the following:

  • Audit Committee: Ilkka Salonen, Arto Hiltunen and Jussi Linnaranta
  • Compensation Committee: Arto Hiltunen, Jussi Linnaranta and Timo Saukkonen
