What do we mean by “100 per cent responsible”? We mean our fossil free products are responsible in all respects.
The main raw material of our products is renewable wood from sustainably managed northern forests. The origin of the wood is always traceable. In 2020, 99.6 per cent of our raw materials and packaging materials were fossil free. Our objective is not to use any fossil oil-based raw materials in our products at all by 2030.
To be fully responsible, we also need to know every link in our supply chain. We are committed to ensuring that 100 per cent of our suppliers comply with our responsibility requirements. We are developing practices to verify and improve the responsibility of our suppliers’ operations.
