These colourful lollipops are easy to make with SAGA Baking Paper wrapping. When the mix has cooled, the wrapper is removed and the lollipops are decorated with melted chocolate and hundreds and thousands. Makes 12 lollipops
Step 1
Cut a square from the SAGA Baking Paper, or use a ready-cut sheet. Cut the square into two triangles. Halve the triangles twice to make eight triangles from the one square of paper. Make a cone shape out of each triangle, and place all the cones in the bowl of sugar so that they stand firmly.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a microwave oven. Add the glucose syrup, condensed milk, sugar, brown sugar and salt to the melted butter. Heat the mix in the microwave at full power for 6–6½ minutes, mixing it every two minutes. Let the mix cool in a bowl for a couple of minutes, and then pour it into the baking paper cones. Place the ice cream sticks in the cones and let them harden in the refrigerator for a few hours.
Step 3
Melt the chocolate. Remove the baking paper from the lollipops and dip in melted chocolate. Sprinkle with plenty of hundreds and thousands and leave in the refrigerator to harden.
