A perfect topping for any grilled meat or fish
Step 1
Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry. Finely chop the herbs and mix well with the butter and bacon.
Step 2
Make a mini SAGA loaf and leave to cool.
Step 3
Cut into thin slices and place one on each potato cake just before serving.
Step 4
Serve with bacon-potato cakes and, for example, with gratinated lamb fillets.
